As a curator of dark, infectious grooves and wistful atmospheres, Enamour has developed a sound that delicately walks the line between deep introspection and pure club play. His sets are an intricate blend of deep, progressive, tech house and techno that values musicality over anything else.
With just a few official releases under his belt on labels including Anjunadeep, Deadmau5’s ‘mau5trap’, Lane 8’s ‘This Never Happened’, and Sascha Braemer’s ‘whatiplay’, Enamour has already caught the attention of fans across the globe and has played in cities across the US and Canada. With his home base in DC, he held a residency with Glow Washington D.C. at Soundcheck and Echostage (voted #1 Club in America by DJ Mag), and was frequently called upon for direct support at other renowned clubs such as U Street Music Hall and Flash. In his time at these clubs, he’s supported some of the top names in dance music, including Eric Prydz (twice), Above & Beyond, Hot Since 82, Cristoph, Yotto, and more.
Enamour was also selected by Lane 8 to support him in a number of cities of his Little By Little tour in early 2018 and the follow up tour later that year. He was also asked to remix “Skin & Bones” off of Lane 8’s sophomore album. Since then, Enamour has become one of the most consistent contributors of new music to all of Lane 8's seasonal mixtapes and DJ sets, including his Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1, which featured two of Enamour’s forthcoming tracks on the label.
Enamour released his debut EP, the eclectic three track "Hypnotica EP" on German powerhouse Sascha Braemer's label WHATIPLAY in July, which was premiered by Mixmag and then peaked at #3 on Beatport’s Overall Top 100 Releases chart. He also grabbed the attention of Eelke Kleijn, who signed a single, “Rosie’s Night Off” to his label DAYS like NIGHTS, released in August. He then finished off 2018 with a slew of very successful remixes, including one of Donatello’s “Tears” on Transpecta, which reigned atop the Beatport charts for four months, hitting #2 on Beatport’s Deep House charts, #1 in the Hype charts, and #37 on the overall all-genre charts. His impressive production output that year and skills behind the decks even earned him an 'Artist to Watch' feature in the July issue DJ Mag US.
In 2019 Enamour started off the year with a quite an entrance, taking helm of the Anjunadeep Edition mix series and releasing his track "Lifeforms" on mau5trap all within the first week. His track "Ruby", first debuted by Above & Beyond in their milestone ABGT300 deep set was released on Anjunadeep later in January. He then was chosen by Mixmag and WAV media to join their 2019 Magnified team.
Looking forward, Enamour will be releasing the dozens of unreleased originals and remixes which have become the highlight of each of his mixes and DJ sets. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
