The Motorettes are a band from the UK North Eastern coastal town of Tynemouth. The band comprises of Jack, Dan, Pete and Robin. The band share Kitchenware Records with Editors. They released their debut single Super Heartbeats on the January 23, 2006. Super Heartbeats was an Xfm single of the week. The Motorettes are extensively touring the UK throughout 2006. Their debut album 'The Motorettes' was released on August 21st, 2006.
