The Langer’s Ball is a 2-piece Irish Group that has been performing in and around the Twin Cities since July, 2007. Featuring Michael Sturm on Guitar, Mandolin & Vocals, and Hannah Rediske on Accordion and Penny Whistle, The Langer’s Ball performs a wide variety of Traditional and contemporary Irish songs and tunes. Since they began performing , they have already played well over 100 shows, they have opened for Toronto based “Enter The Haggis”, shared the bill with "The Wild Colonial Bhoys" and have played at the Iowa Irish Fest and the Irish Fair of Minnesota. They have just been invited back to Iowa for 2009.

"As I Roved Out", the debut CD for The Langer’s Ball was released in July 2008 and was given special mention from Paddy Rock Radio in their "Best CD's of 2008".
