Proudbone Project is an acoustic folk blues explosion from Whitehaven, N.W England, UK that was started in 2009 by Mike Proud who started off on the trumpet but switched to guitar during the skiffle craze. The Proudbone Project has played all the regular local venues. As well as playing the dance halls the Proudbone Project has travelled as far afield as Manchester Liverpool and London playing clubs, coffee shops, bars and Silverblades ice rinks.
