Damjan Pavlovic aka 800500 was born in December 1975 in Belgrade, Serbia, at the time of ex-Yugoslavia. He fell in love with techno-music back in the early ‘90, while attending some of the first parties ever made in Belgrade as a young clubber. Since then techno and minimal techno ware dominating his musical taste among many others electronic genres he was listening to such as Goa Trance, Jungle, Drum & Bass, IDM, Experimental dub, Deep house, Ambient, Electro, Shranz etc.
In year 2011 he started making dark techno influenced by Monolocs early works, Ducerey Ada Nexino, Eda, Hollow Mind and others from Genesa records and Smallroom music.
After first year of experimenting he found his own style of with massive sub bass lines, hard kick and heavy ambient background with dark voice samples. His first release EP GMOG for Alien Force Digital had great success. He also has few other releases for AFD, Happy days records and Oxytec rec.
