Jeon Soyeon (Hangul: 전소연; born August 26, 1998), known mononymously as Soyeon (Korean: 소연), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, and record producer under Cube Entertainment. She is known as the leader of the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE. Beforehand, she gained attention for competing in the reality TV shows Produce 101 and Unpretty Rapstar, before making her solo debut on November 5, 2017.
