There are at least five different artists with the name Blue Room:

(1) A weekly radio show on Radio 1 BBC, with DJs Rob Da Bank & Chris Cocom.

(2) Blue Room is a progressive rock band from Luxembourg.
Their first album was named 'Private Stuff'.

(3) Blue Room is an Australian blues band made up of Gary Rowley (Vocals, Guitar), Jason O'Donnell (Bass, Vocals) and Christer Bjornberg (Drums).

(4) Band formed and disbanded in 1992. Members: Paul Haslinger (keyboards, guitar), Peter Baumann (keyboards, electronic percussion), John Baxter (vocals, guitar).

(5) The core musicians of BLUE ROOM are veteran live and studio players: Brian Neller’s big, bluesy, passionate vocals; Fraser Lawrason’s solid bass lines and backing vocals; Paul Sanderson’s soaring blues rock guitar and John Bjarnason’s (Whiskey Howl) searing blues harmonica is featured in the band’s current line up.

LIVE: Since 1997, the band has played in major blues venues around Toronto, including The Legendary Horseshoe Tavern. Sharing the bill with John Hammond and Jully Black, Hogtown Allstars and David Gogo. BLUE ROOM has also played the JVC Jazz Festival, The Beaches International Jazz Festival, First Night Toronto at the SkyDome, and Lloyd’s Blues Music Festival, featuring B.B. King, Buddy Guy, John Hiatt and Sue Foley.

AIR PLAY: The band’s music has garnered airplay on over 40 radio stations in Canada, including CBC, Q107, CJRT, and internationally on hit top 20 CHR radio station, Radio Kaleidoscope in France, and received a 5 star rating (the highest) on Radio Halo in Holland.

TELEVISION: BLUE ROOM’S debut video for “SPARE CHANGE”, and “Who’s on the Telephone”, hit #1 on BRAVO! and stayed at the top spot for four weeks!
“Spare Change” was nominated for three Toronto Online Film Awards. The band has appeared on Breakfast Television (Chum City) and Rogers Cable.
