Malice and Mario Sweet have been musically active for several years. Most notably, this couple has been singing background vocals for the Seattle-centric, grown and sexy Hip Hop group, The Physics.

In 2010, Mario took it upon himself to compile a hit laden mix tape called “Seattle’s Best Free Compilation” Mario released it with the hope of shedding more light on the unique local music scene. He not only accomplished that goal; he also solidified himself as a musical tastemaker which helped provide the motivation to start creating music with his wife, Malice Sweet.

Malice Sweet, a neo-soul influenced songstress, who credits Erykah Badu among others for her desire to share her vocal artistry, jumped at the opportunity to work on a project with her musically inclined husband. The duo spent long hours writing, practicing, networking, and home-recording amidst a busy schedule consumed by full time jobs and graduate school study sessions. Read more on Last.fm.
