Big House Pete is a Band from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They began back in the 1990's by their Front-man/Lead Vocalist: Paul Peterson. Paul Peterson has been mastering his skills as a Musician ever since he had graduated from GIT in California back in 1987 and since then has played with several successful Bands. Paul has been able to develop a freedom of expressing himself through the creation of the Big House Pete project back in 2001 with his own Music.

The Band had a limited release entitled: "Daddysac" This would be their very first Album. With its success made the Band undergo some minor adjustments and alterations and eventually released their more widely known Album: "Junk Punch." Junk Punch contains Songs in which the Audiences everywhere the Band Tours tend to sing along with the Band, the Lyrics are fun and entertaining, and the Guitar Solos that are performed by Paul Peterson and with highly skilled Musicianship and mind-blowing riff along with some awesome Drum Tracks which form as three separate players.

In the year of 2011, the Band went through some personnel changes and returned back to the Studios to work on Paul's latest works entitled: "Where's My Check." This Album would prove to be their breakthrough release because it would break Big House Pete and Paul Peterson from any set category that anyone had ever tried to place them into previously. The Musical experiences on this Album range from Old Blues riffs to Heavy Metal Guitar shrills to Rock-A -Billy rhythms. It is a true masterpiece of Genre-mixing and Sounds. Big House Pete flawlessly pulls it together perfectly and delivers it proudly to their fans with "Where's My Check."

As the Band continues to blend the various Genres and Musical styles with new Players added to Peterson's constant evolutionary Writing skills their latest Album is but a short distance away from being completed.
