Just when you thought St. Louis was done, here comes another unexpected unorthodox MC. SANTINI, born and raised in St. Louis, is nurtured by the same streets that brought you platinum recording artists Nelly & the St. Lunatics, Chingy and J-kwon, SANTINI is truly in a class of his own.

St. Louis has been infamous for the sounds of its artists and SANTINI is no exception to that rule. His soulful flow and unique sound and delivery capture the essence of the streets while keeping the content easy to digest and harnessing all cultures, crossing age and racial barriers with ease. The name SANTINI is his original name, which is one element that is missing in the game right now, originality.
A writer since the age of nine, now a seasoned vet, "The Great" (as he’s known to be called; his flamboyant alter ego) is no newcomer to the industry. He has participated in the following CD releases; 1999-The Awakening, 2001 Real Hip Hop Compilation, 2002 Hardware Album, and the 2004 Ear Candy album, which has sold over eleven thousand copies hand-to-hand in the St. Louis area alone!

His newest crazy creation, popping up on the street corners and gangways, "Tiger Hoodz" is due to hit the streets sometime in mid 2010. SANTINI wants to take a major swing at the big leagues in a major way. Working with such producers as Versatile from Trackboyz with a crazy single titled "SANTINI The Great (my name iz)”, he’s sure to knock this one out of the park! His first single “Point’em Out” is described as Godzilla meeting King Kong as a track. Memorable hip-hop quotable verses are expertly sprinkled throughout the song, only adding to the swag of this Mogul in the making. The song has a very interesting video to accompany the already classic; it highlights SANTINI’s awesome performance and ability to convey the song meaning. Another notable joint on the album is “Real Artist”. In this one, SANTINI flips a crazy track and blesses the song with a story of being tired of wack MCs and luv’d by the very people who made him. His fans! Tons of shows and live performances by him, he is truly a hometown favorite and underdog at the same time.

TIGER HOODZ; is the opus and missing piece to the present hip-hop lack of creativity as well as its “everyone is saying the same thing” ghost. It’s refreshing to know music is still birthing real artists, real musicians, real song makers that really do speak to us all. He says what we sometimes can’t and wont say; without letting us know we’ve just purchased a product that just happens to be a one-man outlook on life, which is SANTINI-THE GREAT!
