Colin Owens is a musician, film composer and artist living in Boston, USA. He has also lived and written music in London, Uk and Turin, Italy. He has written music for many of Todd Verow's films and has worked with up and rising film directors and producers. He occasionally plays shows and has played in local bands, but is most comfortable behind the keyboard in the studio.

He plays and writes music regularly with his father and has had the oppostunity to play with some fabulous players like Grammy award winning flautist Frank Wharton, drummer Mike Felde, violinist/ performance artist Jessica Fenlon and violist/ great thinker Nathan Felde.

In 1992 Colin Owens started the techno dance group Blind VR, which produced an album and a record LP in 1993. The self-titled album, "Blind VR" rose to number 33 on the Alternative Press BPM dance charts for two consecutive months and toured the northeast, closing out shows and raves in New York, Boston and Rhode Island. Colin's First solo album, Spaghetti Western, is a compilation of works for film over the five-year period of 1994-1999.
