hoogway, real name Victor Spira, is a lo-fi beats producer from Brussels, Belgium.

Shortly after he began his journey in music production, Belgian artist Hoogway arrived in the cosy lands of lo-fi and chillhop music. His first track on Soundcloud, "something new under the sun" was uploaded on May 18, 2017.

The Brussels-based beatmaker draws on influences from hip hop, indie rock and folk to create warm and soothing melodies that inspire peaceful reflection. The 28-year-old musician released his first EP with Lofi Records in June 2020 and has since become one of the label’s regular artists. Victor Spira entered Spotify with the album "Forever Ago", featuring Nohone, Tohaj and DLJ. It was released on June 29, 2020 via Lofi Records. Read more on Last.fm.
