Rachel Harrington (born in Eugene, OR) is an American singer and songwriter.

She released her debut album, The Bootlegger's Daughter, in 2007. In 2008, she released City Of Refuge; the album featured Tim O'Brien (fiddle), Mike Grigoni (dobro), Zak Borden (mandolin), and Jon Hamar (upright), with Holly O'Reilly and Pieta Brown on backing vocals.
