Take It So Hard Lyrics

Giving up lovin' - easy to do
People so pityful
They never come through
Honey, honey, honey I ain't that way

You want a little bit - once in a while
Come on and get a bit

You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah
You shouldn't take it
You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah

Take a look around you - Tell me, what do you see
People with little bits
Try, tryin' to smile
Most of what you've gotten is free - Yeah

You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah
You shouldn't take it
You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah

Yank it up baby
Or get yourself a new name
You want a little bit once in a while
Yeah you got a taste for it

You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah
You shouldn't take it
You shouldn't take it so hard - Yeah

Keith Richards (born 18 December 1943 in Dartford, Kent), is an English guitarist and songwriter, best known for his work with The Rolling Stones. Richards has played guitar on releases by Chuck Berry, Max Romeo, Hubert Sumlin, Les Paul, Tom Waits, Bono and The Edge of U2, Nona Hendryx, John Phillips and Aretha Franklin. He was first known to the public as Keith Richard because Andrew Loog Oldham, the first manager of the Stones, removed the "s" to resemble the name of popstar Cliff Richard; Richards later restored the "s" to his surname. "The Human Riff" and "Keef Riffhard" are lasting epithets.
