Age: less Why her? This Chicagoan can transform from program director by day to vocalist superstar-vixen, reminiscent of a pop icon by night. It's shape shifting at its best. Career high: Performing " Good Morning Heartache" live at Chicago Theatre. The words just oozed from my mouth and in a flash it was over...what a high! Influences: Diana Ross, Phyllis Hyman, Freda Payne, Billie Holiday, Melba Moore, Philip Bailey and my best friend, the late Leslie Rajeanne'. I'm intrigued with Miss Ross' style and longevity...she is the boss. Dream collaborators: Ashford and Simpson, Michael Masser, Tom Snow and Gerry Goffin, Nrada Michael Walden, and Diane Warren. Best advice: "Whatever you be in life - Be the best" - adopted mom Worst advice: "You're too old - Invest your time in a job" Creative crutch: meditation - Quiet time, keeping in touch with creative spirits...recharges me all the time. Next: Continue to pursue all my creative abilities - Try it all... Something has got to fit sooner or later...Pick my mountains to climb and climb again...that's Meisha… Constantly changing.
