Whyel, real name Scott Zembsch, has developed a new sound which mixes all types of rock such as Punk/Alternative/Emo and more with the heavy bass and sounds of electronic music. This sound grew from his upbringing as a SoCal trouble maker spending his days at skateparks.

Whyel’s remixes of The Chainsmokers, DJ Snake and Dillon Francis sparked lots of attention when he decided to ditch the norm and push the envelope of remixes by giving them an alternative rock style. The Chainsmokers loved his remix of “You Owe Me” so much that they perform it in their live show. Whyel decided to take the rock energy of those remixes and mash them up with his signature bass/dubstep vibes.
