There are at least two groups called "Sleep Talk".

1. Sleep Talk are a currently active five Piece Melodic Hardcore band from Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Sleep Talk are a group formed through a mutual love of hip hop and a dislike of it's current state. They have spent many long nights in the studio developing a fresh funky fusion of hip hop and just about anything else.
