Penny Olivia Parker (born: August 20, 1998), better known online as SnapCube, is an American YouTuber, voice actress, streamer, and musician well known for voicing various characters in the Real-Time Fandub series established by Charley Marlowe, and also creating the SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub (formerly Real-Time Fandub Games) series, a spin-off following the same concept as Real-Time Fandub, but only dubbing over video games as opposed to dubbing any piece of media. She often does Let's Plays with her friends.

She also has a Tumblr blog and a Twitch account, where she streams gameplay (either solo or with her friends from the streaming group ClownHouse) and occasional live bonus dubs that are later released as part of the series BTDubs on YouTube.

Penny started her most significant work on YouTube under the name "Knitting Giant Beanies", where she uploaded original music and voice acting. Her voice acting work was continued in a Gravity Falls fan-project titled Mystery Trio Animated, where she met friends Ryan, Ava, Bryce, Oscar and Charley. She starred as Fiddleford H. McGucket and did video and audio editing for the show.

Since then, she's changed the name of that channel into Penny Parker, her current alternate account. In July 2016, Penny launched her gaming channel, titled SnapCube (previously going by a different name). The channel has had a steady growth over the months and continues to be very successful.

She's put the Penny Parker channel on the side and is now almost completely devoted to SnapCube. She also has another alt called SnapCube 2, where she uploads her live streams and longer gameplay.

On June 8, 2018, less than a year before the original Real-Time Fandub ended its live run, Penny would upload the first episode of Real-Time Fandub Games (now SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub). She, Ryan Mitchum, Blue Lennox, Alfred Coleman, and Hayley Rose dubbed over the cutscenes of the game, Sonic Adventure 2, but only the hero side story, which would turn out to be a big hit, with over ten million views currently.

Over a month later, the second episode of Real-Time Fandub Games would come out, and become her most viewed video, currently sitting at well over 10 million views. The episode was generally par for the course, but what made it stand out was a scene where Dr. Eggman shoots the moon with his laser, but in the dub, the scene instead showcased Dr. Eggman urinating on the moon because his wife cheated on him with Shadow the Hedgehog. The commitment and hilarity of the moment lead to the clip being used in many Twitter, Instagram and YouTube memes, with some people reciting it.

Penny's Sonic the Hedgehog dubs have proven to be her most successful videos, with her second most viewed video being a SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub episode of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). Currently, Penny uploads Let's Play videos of various games with the company of her friends. Livestream highlights are posted every week to the channel, with another monthly Best Of series, and some miscellaneous videos posted out of schedule.

Penny's videos mostly center around collaborations, with there currently being over 10 crew members on SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub, all of which have joined her on her gaming videos at some point. She was also featured on a video by JelloApocalypse, where she voiced Sonic the Hedgehog in So This is Basically Sonic the Hedgehog.

Penny Parker has posted covers of favorite songs since as early as 2015, making up half of the videos on the channel bearing her own name. She would also write songs dedicated to franchises like Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, and The Adventure Zone.

In 2016, she and Ryan Mitchum founded their independent band Go! Child, and released their first album the following year, "The Masquerade", followed by their second album in 2019, "Coffee and Ramen". They were met with great success among their fans.

Later on, Penny began experimenting with her own solo music productions like "New Day", "Rude Mountain" (which was featured on an episode of SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub as a credits theme), and later culminating in the release of her 2021 debut solo EP, "Dereconstruct".
