Tanerman, (born May 23, 1990 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish producer, rapper, DJ and sound designer from Ankara. He is mostly known with his funky-r&b tuned beats and his "The Dirtiest Sound: R&B - Hip Hop Nights" shows as a DJ.

He produced and released his debut album, Yediyirmidört, which had the West Coast style hit track "Cuma gecesi" in 2008. The track is played in many clubs and had a big local success. He joined Radio Bilkent the same year as a producer and produced a lot of radio shows like "Dance Chart", "Pankek", "Xclusive Hours" and "Baseline". He added DJing to his musical career and started his "The Dirtiest Sound: R&B - Hip Hop Nights" shows. In 2009, he released his second underground album, which is "Daha Fazlası". It again had an West Coast banger, called "Vosvos". The album was mostly about beats, more than the lyrical content. While his solo-career was continuing, he formed a live cover group, which is named "Fever". The group was playing r&b and pop hits like Kanye West, Justin Timberlake or Timbaland, with his live instruments. Tanerman had the keyboards in "Fever" but the project was cancelled then. He again focused on his projects in 2010 and started to work on a more serious album, "Cok Farkli". The first single was "Grand Kamyon - Cüneyt Arkin" with Alp Atabay and the second was "Anlatsam Seni" with Bugra Alkiroglu. Anlatsam Seni took +3000 plays on the internet. In 2011, he produced Onur Ulay's first overground album, which is "Geç Kalınmış Kelimeler". It was one of the first R&B albums made by a Turkish singer. Meanwhile in 2011, Tanerman was chosen as one of the "Best Producers Top 10" by Power FM. He started to collaborate with Aga B and he produced the hit "Uçamayan Süper Kahraman", which had +40.000 plays. He was influenced by dubstep sounds in late 2011 and produced the first dubstep show in Turkish radios, "Bass Cannon". He is now doing dubstep remixes and working on his new r&b album that is scheduled on late 2012.

Apart from his musical career, he is a successful computer engineer. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
