A little bit of Funk with a whole lotta Soul, FunkNut is an organ based duo whose one mission is to bring Funk to the ears of men, woman, and children! Driving beats, and thick grooves, are gonna keep you dancing till the sun comes up!

Funknut is made up of one part keys, Tony Gallicchio and one part drums, Tristan Greene. Together when they combine they make a super fresh and funky sound that will shake your body down. Formed in February 2008, the two have been playing festivals, colleges and clubs all over the east coast. The goal is to connect with people through hard funk and improvisation. Each show is unique from the next, whether its special guests at each stop or changing the way the songs are played, every night is different.
