DePedro (1973) is a Spanish rock and pop singer. Calexico is a Latin-tinged American indie rock band.

They go way back. Joey Burns of Calexico produced DePedro's first couple of LPs (2008's DePedro and 2010's Nubes de Papel) and wrote some songs on it. Calexico featured on De Pedro's third LP La increíble historia de un hombre bueno (2013).

DePedro started as an opening act on Calexico concerts in about 2008 and became a full band member shortly after that, both in the studio and live. After 2018 Brian Lopez took DePedro's place in the band.
