Nik Page (born 22. Juni 1971 in Zossen) is a German musician hailing from Blankenfelde.

Growing up in what was then East-Berlin, the Depeche Mode fan founded 1987 (together with Rayner Schirner) the Synth-Pop-Band Blind Passengers. Their commercial breakthrough came 1993 with their songs Walking to Heaven and Born To Die – tracks made to hits by the East German radio station Radio Fritz.
From 1999 on their style changed and included elements of rock, until they disbanded in 2001, having released 5 albums. The last album Timemachine was released 2005 as a Best-Of double album. In 2010 Page re-founded the Electro-Pop-project Blind Passenger.

He recorded several solo albums and collaborated with artists such as Eric Fish, Alf Ator, Joke Jay, die Letzte Instanz, Jürgen Engler, Sven Friedrich, Tanzwut, Corvus Corax, Angelzoom, Koefte De Ville, Joachim Witt, Staubkind and Dirk Scheuber.

His best-known songs are Dein Kuss and Mysteryland.

Together with Joachim Witt, Nik Page created the concert idea Tiefenrausch and also founded 2006 the „classical crossover project“ Songs of Lemuria. Songs of Lemuria (with Michaela Laubach) re-interpret well-known Rock and Gothic classics in a chamber-musical setting with piano, cello and vocals.

Nik Page worked also for bands as song writer and lyricist, among others for Kissin' Dynamite, Angelzoom, Joachim Witt, Beyond The Black, The Dark Tenor, Eisblume and Staubkind. Further as music video director (Tanzwut, Megaherz und Angelzoom). Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
