GrooVenoM is a two-men-band from Dresden consisting of the the brothers Titus Garz and Ronny Garz. Titus received his first electric guitar when he was eleven and since that moment he is playing, practicing and composing nearly every day. Drummer Ronny is more than 13 years older than his brother and plays drums for more than ten years. From the beginning he is active in the metal and drum scene. Meanwhile Titus is 14 years old and since summer 2013 he decided to record his first album. He obtained his inspiration from bands like Slipknot, Otep, Ektomorf, Hatebreed or Emmure. GrooVenoM come up with instrumental, creative and modern Groove Metal. They stand for an intensive mixture out of merciless brutality, melancholic earworms and extreme catchy groove moments. The first album which is named VIPER contains nine songs with an overall playtime of more than 35 minutes. None other than Jonathan Schnitzspan (known as Fortiori) was responsible for the mix and the graphical realization was made by Bernth Brodträger (Ex- Belphegor / Bled Dry), who did also jobs for bands like Panzerballett and Drum Illuminati. - Taken from their official website.
