"For years, The Golden State has been a breeding ground for talented artists across the spectrum and in 2008 the city of West Covina, located in Southern California, gave birth to an up and coming hip hop emcee/part-time singer by the name of m_boogs. With influences from movies, video games, hip hop culture, everyday life and his passion for the art of music he has been pushed in the direction of this platform of self expression. He has managed to flex his vocal talents with a handful of projects under his belt from his humbled beginnings with the Broke Man's EP in 2009, leading to his first full length album The CoolOut (entirely produced by California based producer Babalu) in 2011, and his most recent project Love.Notes in 2012. Over the past 4 years he has collaborated with a handful of superb producers and fellow rap geniuses in the States as well as on an international scale with rappers and producers hailing from Canada, Spain, and Germany.
