Nico Georis is a musician in Big Sur, California. His musical works span from solo piano to cosmic synth, FM radio experiments to interspecies collaborations involving plant-generated music. He also plays in the band Platoon with guitarist Matt Baldwin, as well as his local community rock ’n’ roll ensemble, Sky Country.

This year, Nico’s been performing new piano and synthesizer pieces based on evolving cloud formations. Recent shows have also been delving deeper into improvised duets with plants, and the creation of “singing forests”—interactive, plant-generated sound environments. Read more on Last.fm.
