Weekend Sellout Lyrics

I'm sick of hearing your excuses
I've heard them all before
You've turned around and walked away
Leaving no note
Leaving no trace

Just cause you have joined the rest
Doesn't mean that we get left behind
Some things change, I'm still the same

And just cause your hands aren't staind
That doesn't mean we can't hang out at a show
We can still kick back like we always did
Thinking back on how we were friends
And how all this came to end

The only thing that has changed here is you
It's still the same
It's still here
Standing strong

Glasseater was a pop punk band from Miami, Florida. The band formed in 1998 as a duo, eventually expanding to a quintet. Energetic live shows got the band signed to March Records in 1999, and a second album was released on Eulogy Recordings in 2000.

Nationwide touring ensued, opening for Black Flag, 311, Dashboard Confessional, and Pennywise. Signing to Fearless Records, the band re-released their second album and recorded a third, soon moving on to Victory Records to record their fourth album in 2003.
