The Downhill is a Slovak band from Trnava, Slovakia. The band was formed in 2006 by Vladimír Kucharovič and Adam Cisár. The first line up was them with Bohdan Suchoň on the bass, Jakub Šoltés on the second guitar, and Róbert Gombár on drums. In 2008 Marián Radošovský jr. joined the band on Jakub Šoltés' position. In 2009 Peter Mikušek replaced their second drummer Peter Koleno.
So, actual line up has been since october 2009.

The band has achieved a few successes, like 1st place in a band contest FAMAT 2010, and played on the biggest open-air rock festival in Slovakia TOPFEST 2010 and 2011, and in 2011 finished 1st in regional round of international band contest EMERGENZA and after that won the first place in Central-European round of EMERGENZA and moved forward to the world final which takes place on Taubertal Fest in Germany.
