JR Writer (born Harlem, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA in 13 September 1984) is an American hip hop artist of Dominican descent.

Writer's freestyling and lyrics are characterised by aggressive wordplay. He has worked with Dipset, Lil Wayne, and Cam'ron, and is a member of The Diplomats.
