Women of the Night (feat. Half Pint) Lyrics

Women of the night, yeah
They're everywhere in sight, yeah
It's two in the morning don't do me like that, yeah yeah

Well I'm just passing by you
Not here to satisfy you
You try to flag me down on my way through town, yeah yeah

And you will live and you will learn
And under pressure, yes you will burn
You shall forever, yes control your destiny now

Only thinking of your prices
Not what you're sacrificing
It's two in the morning, please leave me alone

I can hear you calling
I can hear you falling
Mixed up with the wrong interpretation

The day will come and you will know
One day the stars will meet the moon
You shall forever, yes control your destiny now

She say, when something feels so good it can hurt so bad
Just for a little love making on the side you sure got to pay the price
It was pain and pleasure, rain and sunshine
Tears of joy, making sacrifice to give you what you like
Women of the night
Lady of the night
Women of the night
Come see about me
She's a lady, still a lady
Lady of the night, come do me right

Well I don't wanna lose you
Well I don't wanna school you
It's two in the morning don't do me like that, yeah yeah

I know there's no use in trying
I know you's confused, you's crying
I got this old question and I'll sing it to you

Women of the night
Lady of the night
Women of the night
Come see about me

Special occasion, sweet sensation
You give it to me with a rocking vibration
But a natural revelation
Exploring each other with satisfaction
All I ask of you tonight is to be true, is to be true
To the world

Stick Figure is a reggae band from California. All music is created by singer Scott Woodruff. Until 2009 he lived in Duxbury, Massachusetts, as Stick Figure all alone. After a long trip to NZ and Bali, he 2011 moved to San Diego to put together a band. 2012 he released the 5th Stick Figure album, Burial Ground. It reached no. 1 on iTunes and Billboard Reggae charts, and has songs as 'Breathe' and 'Weight Of Sound (feat. TJ O'Neill) '. The band then toured in USA with other reggae groups. (Rebelution, The Green, Passafire, Tribal Seeds, The Expendables). The 6th album, Set In Stone (2015) included collaborations with Collie Buddz (the song 'Smokin’ Love (ft. Collie Buddz)'). Also with Eric Rachmany and Slightly Stoopid. Again they topped Billboard Reggae Albums Chart.

Possessing a unique style of music that combines a creative blend of upbeat roots reggae with the reverberating echoes of dub, comes a man with no limit for his musical abilities. Stick Figure's music is written, recorded, and produced by Scott Woodruff, a young man from Duxbury, MA.

All of Stick Figure's songs are made by recording each instrument separately, layering several tracks on top of one another in unison.

Stick Figure recently relocated to Southern California and has picked up three new members for the live band, Brendan Dane (San Diego) on bass, Todd Smith (San Clemente) on drums and Kevin Bong (San Diego) on keys. All are incredible musicians and are surely a great addition to the Stick Figure sound. The band is currently in the process of recording their first debut album together, expecting to drop this Winter.
