There are multiple artists with the name Sivan. One is a female vocalist from Sweden and the other is a hard rock/dance band from Texas.


1. Sivan is singing within a broad genre (pop, rock, country,R&B, soul and funk) Sivan represent music which is close to the nature and believe in a human living for all people in the world. Her lyrics are eye catching and deep , truly coming from the heart and are partly based on own experiences.

Sivan have been singing in different countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greece and last but not least her favourite country Turkey.

2006, awarded by Song Of The Year twice for the ballad Heaven Has Spoken and The NightMare, have been working on 2 video projects during the second part of 2006, made two singles Unread Hidden Book and Behind The Stars. The first one is a funky rock song which has reached Top 20 within Musicforte and also Top 5 in the genre Rock/Pop in NumberOneMusic

2007, awarded "Top Songwriters Honorable Mention", Song Of The Year, for the ballad The Promise.

Now working on some new songs and lyrics for the upcoming Mp3 CD "Wild". Also working with the swedish version of the song, in the world charity project Ray Of Hope, within songweavers.com. There she also share her music and lyrics with other members in different collaborations.

To describe Sivan's sound is almost as difficult as placing it in a single genre. To argue whether the band is an Electronic Rock band or a Post Hardcore Noise Punk band would be an almost endless debate. The solution is simple: listen to the music, make your own decision. All who experience the live show not only get the visual of a hard hitting rock group, but also get to feel that uncontrollable urge to move to the rhythm of the beat. The dynamics of the band's performance simply leaves nothing to be desired.

It seems that everywhere the band plays, no matter how far away from home, they are not only liked for their sound and performance, but also respected for their talent as musicians and for their attitude on and off the stage. After three years and over 250 shows, the band used their experience on the road and their maturing writing style to compose and produce their first independent release in June 2006. "A Sword Is Upon The Liars" most accurately represents Sivan's style and potential as a progressing, relevant young band.
