Salvatore Galiano (born 28 February 1994 in Speyer, Germany), known professionally as Toto Blu, is an Italian singer, musician, songwriter, guitarist, and producer. Throughout his youth, he was the frontman of several punk rock bands before he began producing his own music in a bedroom studio in Germany in 2018. In 2019, he moved to Los Angeles, resided in Berlin Mitte in 2022, and stayed in Sicily in 2023, where he wrote and self-produced his key EP Love Letter Anarchy, Pt. 1. Through the latter, he set the tonality for his genre-bending style, blending melodic guitar riffs, synthesizers, drum-machine samples, and poetic lyrics with atmospheric rock-music like vocals.
