A native of Georgia, Kevin grew up in Denver where he was first exposed to his early influences of Dan Fogelberg, Joni Mitchell and Kenny Loggins. After leaving Denver for the Atlanta area in 1981, Kevin played in numerous rock bands but returned to his roots in acoustic folk-rock music. After taking a multi-year break from music to focus on another career, Kevin actively returned to recording in 2005 and performing in 2007.
