Gridluster is the recording name of Canadian electronic Producer/Composer/DJ and Visual Artist, Wes Desjardins.

His career has spanned from 2012 when he was a session drummer for various local bands and played alongside with his father Jack, who is also a guitarist of over 40+ years. He took an interest in electronic music from listening to his older sister's record collection to which he was introduced by composers and producers such as John Carpenter, Autechre, Brian Transeau, Biosphere and Squarepusher. He began collecting various MIDI controller equipment and began working with FL Studio and Pro-Akai gear at the age of 18. He originally was one half of the now defunct synthwave act Elixirstone with fellow producer Vanmaar.
