Guilty Bystander was started in 2006 by Tony Pennington as a home for all his music that didn't fit in Solar Powered People. Pennington is the singer, guitarist and principle songwriter for Solar Powered People. Initially, Guilty Bystander was a mix of many different music styles that were running through Pennington's head. Pennington has since brought the project to a focus on electronic music. The first output for Guilty Bystander was instrumental with no vocals. In April of 2009, Guilty Bystander released "The New West" which is an electronic album with vocals. Read more on Last.fm.
