This singer-songwriter studied classical guitar at the Prague Conservatoire and at the International Academy of Music in Paris. Since 1982, when her debut album entitled Zamilovaná appeared, she has made a whole series records (Quo vadis, Řeka života, Concertino I and II, Tisíc způsobů jak zabít lásku). She has played successful concerts in Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Japan, Switzerland, the USA and Canada.
In 1988 she won the Grand Prix at guitar festival in the Dutch Antilles, and in 1997 the Czech Grammy Award. Her most recently issued CD is the double album and preparing a new album of song.
