Upon switching their name from Die of Death to Decrypted. the course of one Bandung Death Metal bands began.
They was formed in december 2007. hailing from Bandung, west java, Indonesia.
It was early formed by Ache (vocals), Ophan (bass), Nara (guitars), Fian(drums).
With this formation, Decrypted played a few original songs and some covers from Death Metal pioner such as Jasad, Suffocation, Obituary, etc.
In early 2008, Satria from Disincarnation joined to handle drums, so Fian move as guitar to place on a solid footing of his position.
In March 2008, Decrypted recorded a single song named "Sadistis", which was featured on a Bandung Death Metal compilation named “Panceg Dina Galur“. The compilation will be release soon by Pieces Record.
Now with a more firm line-up than before, with the 4 original members are : Ache (vocals), Ophan (bass), Nara (guitars), Fian (guitars), and new session drummer Satria (ex-Disincarnation) Decrypted is Ready to Brutalize the Stages.
Decrypted is a death metal band influenced by Jasad, Abattoir, Death Vomit, Suffocation, Deeds of Flesh, Decrepith birth, Nile, and alikes.
