Formed from the ashes of Long Island bands Agent, Polygon, Bastard Cut, and others, Frank Traficante, Jr. (vocals, guitar), Conor Freeman (bass), Tim Chimeti (drums), and John Stippell (guitar) got together when they each found themselves all looking for a new project.
