Rest Complex, based in rural Connecticut, was formed in early 2004 by ex-members of Concrete and Warfare. They combine elements of hardcore, metal, and modern progressive rock, to form a distinct and aggressive sound. RC recorded at Zing Studios in Westfield, MA and released their debut album.
