Psycho Fox is a glam/party rock-band influensed by the sound, the looks, the greatness and the attitude of 80’s/90’s rock n’ roll-acts like Danger Danger, Kiss, Poison, Firehouse, Cinderella, Europe etc.. Psycho Fox was formed by four friends sharing the same dream; Hero, Priest, General and Singer (nicknames from a theatral play set up in mid-school, guess they’re stuck with em’...) but back to that later.. The quartet started a punk/rock-band called "Wannabe", got their gear together and started to rehears. Soon to join the band was a guy calle Judas, (don’t ask me where that nicks’ from.. ) who had a little advantage in playing the lead-guitar. Five horsemen, new name; "Psycho Fox". The name Psycho Fox was to be some sort of celebration to all the crazy gruopies hangin’ around the bands back in the good old days. The guys got some gigs and did fine. But due to some complications with Judas, the band was not able to develop as much as they wanted to. Hanging out at a local bar, Hero ran into Dani Leon, former guitarist of a band called "Violent". They had some beer and decided to have Dani try out as lead guitarist. So a couple of guns n’ roses-covers, cigs, beers, harmonic singing and a phone-call to Judas later, Dani was in. Dani brought creativity and freshness into the band, writing songs and cool riffs all together, Psycho Fox took their sound to i higher level. The new sound was melodic, containing lots of harmonics, intensity and especially a party-feeling that many other bands are missing. All ingrediences wrapped up in a wide aligator smile. In the summer of -07, in lack of time and development from Singer, the band decided that he had to go. Searching for a new, competent bassplayer, the boys came across a high-energy pack named Vikky. Vikky auditioned with style and joined. Back on track, the guys are now working hard, rockin’ every stage they can get on to, recording demos and of course, having a blast making Psycho Fox a known name among the big ones.
