Cypher Syndicate, a new experimental rock band from the Bay Area, was started by singer/songwriter Dakota Lillie. Dakota started the band when he realized he needed help playing the music he wrote, and was soon joined by guitarist Zach Shpizner, bassist Jake Wenzel, and drummer Julian Kitzmiller.
