Icons of Elegance are two brothers, one younger and one older. Henri spends his days in an old seamen's-rest-turned-studio in East London, while you might find Anssi writing songs in a forest hut just below the Arctic Circle. Taking time off their day jobs producing, playing and writing for other artists in Finland and the UK, the pair have recently finished their third album, “Dancing is Easy”.

“Dancing is Easy” is a fine little collection of classic-pop songwriting, where strong melodies are combined with weird and wonderful arrangements. Recorded mostly live in the studio and straight to analog tape, you’ll hear beautiful songs wrapped in a sound full of dulcitones, waterphones, music boxes and old keyboards - and plenty of brotherly harmonies, of course.
