Headcrusher, nama yang terinspirasi dari lagu Megadeth - 'Head Crusher'. Menggambarkan musik Headcrusher yg keras, dan siap memecahkan kepala anda-anda yg tentunya bersedia dipecahkan.
Adalah peranakan dari thrash metal macam : Slayer, Megadeth, Warbringer dimilkshake dengan sedikit crossover thrash macam Municial Waste, dan tak lupa ditaburi serpihan2 heavy ala Motorhead sampai Pantera.

Dibentuk pada 2010 oleh Ganis Ilman (ex.Second Before) dengan mengajak Rian Purusatama (Deskripsi Sebuah Mahasiswa / vokal), Arya Akbar (Athenian / gitar), Dimas Nugroho (ex.Adultery / bass), dan Goyco (ex.Blockade / drum). *ps: Irfan (Athenian) dan Norman (ex Vendetta) adalah gitaris cadangan resmi Headcrusher

Headcrusher menelurkan single pertama "Peluru Kendali" pada akhir 2010.
Pada akhir 2011 Headcrusher berhasil terpilih masuk dalam "Konspirasi Thrash", sebuah album kompilasi dari Indonesian Thrashead sebagai bentuk dari kebangkitan band thrash di seluruh Indonesia yang telah di rilis pada awal 2012. Kompilasi ini diikuti oleh band band lain seperti Gigantor, Social Black Yelling, Oracle, Fakecivil, Divine, Bromocorah, Metallic Ass dan masih banyak lagi.

3. HEADCRUSHER Trash/Death/HardCore/Metal from Austin, TX.
Formed in early 2001 in Pereira, Colombia, South America. HEADCRUSHER’s blend of thrash, death metal and hardcore climbed them to the top of the growing Colombian and South American metal scene.
HEADCRUSHER has played many successful shows in their homeland including the prestigious Rock Al Parque festival in front of over 50,000 people and over 6,000 people at the always anticipated FFF festival ...in Ambato, Ecuador.
HEADCRUSHER arrived in New York in 2007 and toured the East Coast. The Band relocated to Austin, Texas in the summer of 2008 and recorded their self titled EP in 2009. The tracks were mastered by Juan Urteaga (Exodus, Testament, Machine Head) at Trident Studios in Northern California, with the artwork designed by Alex Eckman-Lawn (Architects, Syopus, Hacride).
With the release of the self titled EP in 2010 and a steady stream of gigs through out Texas, HEADCRUSHER has gained a larger following and has been presented with many opportunities.
In March of 2011, they won the Road To Full Metal Texas contest held by RoadRunner Records and played at the SXSW showcase, sharing the stage with such bands as: The Red Chord, Upon a Burning Body, Kvelertak, Trap Them. In May and October 2011 they opened for Cavalera Conspiracy in Austin, TX.
Currently the band is getting ready to release "Let The Blood Run" this is their first full length album to release on American soil. It was recorded in Austin,TX at Lucid Audio, and it was mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Behemoth, Dark Tranquility, to name a few).
HEADCRUSHER has been featured in local radio shows, Liquid Metal Sirius satellite radio, Colombian national TV and various music compilations.
The band has also shared stage with acts like: Apocalyptica, Suicidal Tendencies, Lazarus A.D, Allegaeon, Motograter, Silent Civilian, Animal (Argentina), Confronto (Brazil), Koyi K Utho (Colombia), Souledge (Colombia).
