Amy Weintraub, MFA, RYT is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher mentor, certified at the Professional level by the Yoga Alliance. She leads international workshops on Yoga and depression and regularly writes on the subject of mental health and Yoga for national magazines. She is the author of Yoga for Depression: A Compassionate Guide to Relieve Suffering through Yoga (Broadway Books, 2004) and is an award-winning fiction writer.
