Mike Coykendall released three critically acclaimed albums with San Francisco's The Old Joe Clarks before moving to Portland, OR, in 1999. He set up a home studio, and has recorded such local luminaries as M Ward, She & Him, Blitzen Trapper, while piecing together what would become his debut solo effort Hello Hello Hello.
