In late 2001 swedish musician Lars Tängmark recorded a CDR EP entitled "Winds of Change" under the monicker Lost in the Woods. Work on a follow-up was abandoned and Lars Tängmark instead recorded under his own name for the next nine years.

Ten years after the recording of the first EP Lars decided to re-active the project invited Johan Levin to join as a full member. Currently Lost in the Woods is working on a demo disc that will be presented to (hopefully) interested parties.

Lars and Johan has been working together as members of the Wounded Meadow since 1989. Johan has released several albums as Desiderii Marginis on the Cold Meat Industry label. Apart from releasing solo CDRs of elctronic music on his own Odensjö Recordings label, Lars has played in death metal bands such as Dawn and the Choir of Vengeance.
