There are four bands named Overseas:

1. Overseas is the new group formed by David Bazan of Pedro The Lion, Will Johnson of Centro-matic and Matt & Bubba Kadane of Bedhead and The New Year. Their debut self-titled album was released on June 11, 2013 to critical acclaim. http://www.overseasband.net/

2. Overseas is a punk-rock / melodic hardcore band from Costa Rica. The band debuted in 2012 and they’ve already had shows with bands such as Rise Against, The Lawrence Arms, Counterpunch and Prevenge.




3. Overseas are a Danish hip hop duo comprised of Soulja Brown (Hardeep) and Big Dip (Danny). They formed in 1997, gaining exposure through mixtapes and shows in and around Copenhagen, eventually landing a record deal on WCA Music/Times (the team behind Danish desi sensations Bombay Rockers). Their sound is a mixture of Desi music and hip hop with an international flavor.

After their first single under Discowax they achieved a 5th place on the Danish DJ Chart with their single "Ghetto move". Massive Radio airplay and loads of live gigs.

They have also worked with Bombay Rockers on their first album featuring on several tracks. One of them being "Ari Ari" where they hit India's Radio and Video charts going to top 5 for 3 strong months. After the radio took off, so did Overseas. Going to Bombay to preform for the MTV Style Awards 2005 and many other shows since (Hammersmith Palais in London, Dubai, Mela Conference in Birmingham and so on).
