1. Rooted in the metropolis, Fragmented produces hard-edged music with a dark, dystopian emphasis. Traces of dissonant harmony can be found nestling inside these beat-driven industrial soundscapes forming a frantic soundtrack for the post-apocalyptic dancefloor. Influenced by a wide range of artists and genres from the brooding and subtle textures of This Mortal Coil and The Future Sound Of London; the high- octane beats of Aphex Twin, Mike Paradinas (aka µ-Ziq), The Prodigy, Alec Empire and Venetian Snares; and the sensibility of underground techno-infused electro/drum & bass/breakcore sounds.

Following the rawness of the Shard EP, Fragmented worked on a number of tracks which eventually became an album entitled Semi-Lunacy Valve: A mixture of styles from breakcore, industrial, drum and bass, electro and general mash-up!

He is currently working on new material with a more down-tempo, experimental flavour...
