1.Lariat were a Wollongong band formed in the 1990's that originally consisted of frontman Ben Grounds (currently with Sydney outfit Bluebottle Kiss) along with Bassist Grant McGarva and Anna Grounds. Ben played most of the music on the album but the other members assisted with the Live shows.

Scared of Heights was an unofficial EP consisting of 5 tracks.
