Capitol Basement was a Seattle rock band active from 2004-2008. They placed second in EMP's Sound Off! competition in 2006, and released one full-length album and two EPs. The second, four-song EP was sold at shows for $5 and consisted simply of a burned CD in a paper sleeve. Read more on Last.fm.
