1. Tinker from Canada...

Tinker was the first band of bassist Melissa Auf der Maur, also featuring her current guitarist Steve Durand. Tinker released two 7" records - Real A Lie (which was later redone by Auf der Maur) and Green Machine. The band also opened up for Smashing Pumpkins in Montreal, which led to Melissa becoming friends with Billy Corgan.

2. Tinker from Finland...

tinker is a band that started in Finland arround 1999, playing mostly covers in friends college parties. Then they wrote their own material and recorded a few demos. their songs have very nice tunes with a melancholic feel that hooks you in a second.

3. Tinker from UK…

Shoegaze inspired solo project created by “Tink”. Taking inspiration from bands such as “my bloody valentine” and “have a nice life” Tinker varies from dreamy reverb induced headaches to compressed whispery strains.
